The company was founded in 2008 and emerged as the first real estate developer who offered adequate housing prices for the majority of the population, when the high market prices of new construction housing made the access to housing difficult.
Currently CORP has positioned itself as one of the most innovative real estate and building companies, with a young team with avant-garde developments. During these 4 years, Corp has built and delivered over 1,300 homes in different areas such as Maresme, Baix Llobregat, Barcelona and Vallès Occidental.
Our facilities
Our headquarters has an area of 2,000 square meters on three floors, where we have created a store so our customers can see, touch and choose in situ the materials and finishes they want for their home.
It is a large area with two-sample housing fully finished and furnished so the client has the opportunity to touch and see everything in detail and a showroom of materials and finishes to choose from.
Property development of 100 houses spread over 3 buildings, located in c/Mar, Sant Andreu Llavaneres with exceptional sea views. The building consists of five floors and two underground floors with 140 parking spaces. Also, the property development has an outside community area with two private swimming pools for residents.
